Job application tracking
Remember what you sent, where you sent it and what happened next.
Start your reusable application record
Use this blank template for checked education and work details, evidence for your claims, and an application log. Copy each section when you need another entry.
Free, with no signup required. Save a private copy and open it in a text editor or paste it into a document. These templates work independently of the application assistant.
Track evidence, not just a button click
A filled form is not proof of submission. Record an application as submitted only after the employer provides a confirmation screen, reference or message. Keep uncertain attempts separate from confirmed submissions.
A useful record for each role
Save the employer, role, original URL, closing date, CV filename, application date, confirmed status and next action. Keep sensitive answers and documents in a location you control rather than in public notes.
Use the tracker to improve your decisions
Review which roles lead to conversations and where applications stall. A larger application count alone does not demonstrate a better search. Prioritize suitable roles and follow-up actions over repeatedly applying to weak matches.
Keep your tracker up to date
Use your dashboard and job tracker to organise roles and update their status as your search progresses. Keep the employer's confirmation separately. A tracker entry does not establish submission, and automatic inbox syncing is not part of the workflow described here.
