Your application workflow

An assistant for the repetitive parts.

Prepare your profile, use assistance on compatible fields and check the result. The agent stops before submission, so you decide what the employer receives.

  1. Step 1

    Prepare your profile and CV

Keep your contact details, education, work history and a current CV ready. Decide which information you are comfortable sharing with the employer.

  2. Step 2

Choose a role and open the application

Check the role, location and eligibility first. Connect the extension to your account and open the employer's application form. Field coverage depends on the particular form.

  3. Step 3

    Use assistance, then review

Reusable details can reduce typing. Read generated answers and check files, dates, eligibility questions and anything the assistant cannot confidently complete. Sign-in and verification may need manual attention.

  4. Step 4

    Check what was actually submitted

Filling fields is different from submitting them. Review the employer's final screen and look for confirmation. An interrupted form or filled draft should not be recorded as a successful application.

Does the assistant submit applications for you?

No. You review the employer's form and submit it yourself. Sign-in, verification, unusual questions and unsupported fields may need your attention. See coverage status and autofill versus auto-apply.

Less repetition. More attention to the right jobs.

Prepare your profile, then review every application before submitting.
